What if I want to use different plans for different clients?
No worries! We understand that the content marketing needs of each of your clients are likely to be different, so we have made the client set up process flexible. For example, you could have one client on the “Starter” plan and one client on the “Premium” plan, but still manage the payment, user permissions, and team organization all from one agency login.
I want a plan with more capacity – do you have a custom option?
If the available plans don’t meet your requirements in terms of integrations and active message capacity, you can get in touch with our support team to discuss a custom plan. Just use the Live Chat icon in the bottom right of this page, or email us directly at [email protected] with the words ‘Custom Plan’ in the subject line. We’ll get back to you within 24-48 hours.
What is an ‘active message’, exactly?
FlypChart helps you prepare and schedule messages to be posted to external applications such as social media platforms, websites, and email marketing software. An ‘active message’ is one that has been created by you or someone in your team, and is awaiting publication. It may be in draft or approved status – basically, it’s pending. One of the key differentiators between FlypChart plans is how many ‘active messages’ you can have in each of your client accounts at any one time. The good news is that as soon as a message is sent to an external application, it is no longer considered an ‘active message’ within your FlypChart plan limit.
What if I need to cancel one of my clients’ plans?
Sometimes things with clients don’t work out… we get that. So we’ve made it easy for you to cancel any of your plans if you need to. Our billing cycle is monthly, and plans are paid at the beginning of a new billing cycle, which is determined by the date that you subscribe. If you want to cancel any of your plans, all you need to do is login to your account settings and click the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button. After you have done so, all future automatic payments will cease.
Can I get a yearly discount?
Yes, absolutely. After your 14-day trial you will have the option to toggle between monthly and yearly plans. The prices will update accordingly. You can also upgrade your plan to a yearly subscription at any time from the settings page in your account.
Which integrations do you currently have?
FlypChart integrates with the following platforms: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, WordPress, MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, and ActiveCampaign. We also have exciting plans in store for future integrations!
What’s the difference between a ‘social’ and ‘premium’ integration?
FlypChart integrates with a number of external platforms, and based on the variance in complexity of these integrations, we chose to group them into ‘social’ integrations and ‘premium’ integrations. In basic terms, the ‘social’ integrations are aligned with social media networks such as Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. The ‘premium’ integrations are aligned with other web-based integrations such as WordPress, MailChimp, Campaign Monitor or ActiveCampaign. Along with ‘active messages’, they are a key differentiating factor between our different subscription plans.
What do you mean by ‘alerts’ and ‘reminders’?
We have set up a number of different in-app and email alerts and reminders to make your experience with FlypChart just that much better. For example, if you have scheduled a message to be posted to one of your social media accounts, but there is an error with the account integration, we will let you know so that you can fix the error. Also, we’ll send you helpful reminders when you have deadlines coming up. It’s easy to adjust the notification settings to suit your needs.
What are ‘campaign recipes’?
Our campaign recipes enable you to quickly prepare and schedule marketing campaigns using proven pre-set formulas – from weekly blog posts that you promote on social media, to complex product launches that include a range of different marketing content.
What type of content can I plan and schedule using FlypChart?
FlypChart allows you to plan and schedule any type of marketing content to gain total visibility across everything you and your team are up to. We have three primary content types (blog post, social media message and email) as well as an ‘Other’ option that you can customize yourself.
How long will it take to set up my FlypChart account?
No more than 10-15 minutes! Our live chat is pre-set with helpful prompts and tips, and there is a guided tour around each of the key pages. We’ve also nutted out a simple process that we recommend you go through the first time you login, which is delivered using your choice of text or screencasts.
